Where in code (elgg 1.7.1) is a parameter that is used to set the display time of a message window?
Currently it's too short for me and I want to make it display much longer.

You must log in to post replies.Which message do you mean? the system success/error messages? The one in red/green colour?
ya.. i want to increase the display time of that where I can find that?
Team Webgalli - both. Red and Green. I thought that it is one function responsable for display all messages on elgg.
/views/default/messages/messages/list.php
I recommend pulling that view out into your own plugin so upgrades don't overwrite it.
Brett - great!!!! It works!
And how about error message (red one)?
@mostekkk - Same file under errors. Use search or browse the views structure.
