I've been playing with the tagcloud , basically taken it as far as I can with my limited knowledge. Although it does what I want it to do and is in use on production site, its not in a state that could be published for download. I reckon there's too much redundant code and too many bits and pieces probably I've done everything the wrong way, but it does the job :-).
The plugin is dependant on Cash's tagcloud plugin. It creates a "Tag Cloud" page, and adds it to the sitemenu. When browsing to the tagcloud page a user sees all site tags, but can also click in side bar to see own tags. It's installed on my dev site: dev.edu2.co.il Files are also available there on homepage if anyone feels like improving it.
