Documentation for creating Themes?

Where can I find complete documentation for creating themes?
I looked:

I need something more complete, can you help me?

You must log in to post replies.If I were you I would just take a basic premade theme, such as the seashells one, and pick the 'views' folder apart and transform it in to your own theme. There isn't a whole lot of documentation needed - you just overwrite views and edit them.
