Jquery (core/ui/theme): CDN Google vs Custom-Jquery.min.js (All in one)?

For now I prefer all in one jquery files (like in ELgg Seo Plugin), because custom.jquery.ui used from elgg is small. But in elgg 1.8 there is full jquery.ui. so which solution do you like and why?
