Thanks for assistance regarding spam.

I decided to just hand delete the blog spam, as I want to move forward with this site.

My question now is "can I move, and how can I move the login box on the home page, so that it is not in the top lefthand corner"?  I would prefer it to be lower in the page, or just also know how to make changes like this.
