Embed interface won't load

A couple of members on my site have complained that the embed/upload interface doesn't load. I am now finding this true for myself when signing in with my regular account . I'm wondering if this could be caused by the amount of files I have uploaded, when signing in as a demo member with hardly any files the embed interface loads ok.
Is there a different way to upload and add files to forums, blogs and pages?

did you try to disable htmlawed?
if it is the problem you have code correctly it and add new parameters
@lord55 thanks i'll try that :-)
it's not htmlawed - the embed loading panel starts up but remains in loading mode without ever showing the list of files or upload / embed tabs
Could be JS issue.. what is site URL ? I will test check...
seems a javascript error, try to put embed plugin in the top list... maybe there is a conflict with some plugin with another javascript. did you add new plugin recently?

thanks guys! I'm wondering why, a member with only one uploaded file doesn't have this problem?

When view the Blog - no image
BUT if Edit Blog -- image is there
