1.7.3 IE bug on profile widgets

There seems to be a display bug on version 1.7.3, "/pg/profile/<USERNAME>" in Internet Explorer 7 and 8.
where there is a large vertical space between #widget_table td "#widget_table td", and div id = "widgets_left" and div id = "widgets_middle".
I did my best to hack this one out, but had 0 success after several hours, has anybody worked this one out?

You must log in to post replies.As I was preparing a screen shot, I realized that the issue is comming from the friends widget, when I removed the friends widget in the edit option, the issue resolved. I'll let you all know exactly what the issue is after I figure it out.
Ok now its back, with or with out the friends widget WTF!
I am using a fresh install, (straight from the repo 1.7.3 tag)
So it seems to happen when I place the friends widget in the middle colum w/ the left colum empty. though if I put activity widget in left colum the space goes away, if I put blog in the left the space reduces however it is still a large space.
OK, so it happens when the total hieght of widgets in the right column is considerably taller than the total height of all widgets in the middle or left column .....
