When a user is registering and makes an error, like mismatched passwords, they are redirected back to the register page but now if they try and register again they get an error message saying either the email address is already taken or the username is taken!!!

On top of that, they appear in the User Administration page as an active user!

Please help, this a major problem...any ideas??
