Patch release for 1.7.2

There is a need to make patch files from past version to current so the programers could see which files were changed since previos version and upload only them, like:
update 1.71 to 1.72.zip

- You can use Trac to generate a list of diffs: http://trac.elgg.org/changeset?new=6876%40elgg%2Fbranches%2F1.7&old=5833%40elgg%2Fbranches%2F1.7
- You can use diff tools to generate this as suggested by Yakiv
- You could use svn to do this
