Had an issue with engine/lib/input.php not overwriting the older file which threw an error on upgrade and gave a WSOD.

Manually updated the input.php file and reran upgrade with another WSOD but no error thrown. A refresh took me to the index and gave me an upgrade completed notification.

No problems beyond that so far.

Upgrade went well ... but my profile page shows a strange behaviour now ... 

it tries to put the whole site into a widget ... : ( http://elgg.idotter.ch/pg/profile/marc.widmer

Strange problem after installing new version (either when upgrading or installing from the beginning).

When I try to enabled any of the core plugins I have am error: "Form is missin __token or __ts fields"  :(

@RPGRealms - a bad ftp transfer or copy can of course cause problems that cannot be predicted. You can check the upgrade by seeing if a timestamp column has been added to the relationship table.

@Robert - make sure your .htaccess file has been updated

Idiotter has mentioned about the same problem and I did read it but did not think about it at all :(

Maybe the issue with .htaccess change should be bolden somewhere?

The upgrade instructions says...

#3 Ovewrite your eixiting Elgg files...

#4 Visit http://yourelggsiteURL/upgrade.php.

#5 Copy htaccess_dist to .htaccess, replacing your existing version.

My question - is it correct to run the upgrade.php before replacing the .htaccess? Or would it be good to replace the .htaccess before running the upgrade.php? Or doesn't it make any difference.?
