I would be really interested in a simple plugin that the Site Admin could use to make a group "accredited" and the accreditation can be set to expire after 6 months, 1 year or indefinately.
This is probably childs play for a dev or even apprentice dev... but not me. If anyone would like to help me out, I am happy to fork out some bucks by way of contribution :-)

You must log in to post replies.Marc, We can help you in this. Let me know what exactly is your Idea. We have done expiry of contents after "X" days. See a demo at http://m4medicine.com/test2/mod/webgalli_vacancy/everyone.php where X= 14 days. Drop me a mail at webgalli[at]gmail[dot]com.

@Mark
This *is child's play code ;-)
Do you simply want the admin to "tag a group as accredited" for so many months.. ?
@Dhrup, Sure... for a real dev, but not me :-(
I would like:
• Site Admin or other nominated super-admin to be able to set the accreditation for any appropriately qualified group
• Accreditation term set to: 6 months, 12 months, indefinite, user defined.
• On accreditation term expiry, status goes to “Accreditation Pending” which expires after an admin defined time.
• Accreditation logo (unloadable) on Group Profile after the Group Name (or somewhere else prominent)
• Mini Accreditation logo on Group Listings/search listings
• Accredited Group Search Page listing all Accredited Groups with filters by Activity Type (using tags) and Group Type (using tags? Or something like the Group extended Group Types [that plugin does not work with 1.7.1])
This is a bit more than a simple marker or flag, so well beyond a bit of fiddling css, which is pretty much my limit. So, do you fancy having a go?
