How do I change the contents of the 'Tools' menu?

Hi. In the Navigation Bar there is a button that says 'Tools', and when I move my mouse over it lots of links appear like a drop down. Is it possible to add a link to this menu?

I am using the latest version of Elgg, 1.7.1.
