Riverdashboard with "default view" option

Here is my small mod to riverdashboard.
It add a global option to select the default view for the users, and a user option, so every user can select his preferred view
download , zip file, only modified files
it's my first attemp to modify elgg, hope will be usefull to someone :)

@Fabrix Xm: This is a nice little feature. I managed to incorporate it into my own modified dashboard in about 2 minutes.
Thanks for the effort. When I get some time I will release my finished riverdashboard version with your work inside. Hope that's ok.
