Problem with RSS

The url of the feed is : http://216.119.132.9/mod/groups/topicposts.php?topic=1280&group_guid=16&view=rss
but neither googlereader neither validator rss recognize it, allways return:
http://216.119.132.9/?view=rss
???

Maybe it is a closed group or the access is set to non-public?
Yes, the feed of elgg.org is working, but all the feed (files, publics groups, etc..) of my elgg aren't working.
I don't now why the feed is rewriten, the server (apache or php) don't allow this url?
Now is working. I have selected "yes" in private pages in SiteAccess plugin and desactivated the SimplePie plugin. This is the reason for not working feed
