Manage search definition - access always 'Private'

When I manage a search definition the Access level is always set to Private and I can't change it.

You must log in to post replies.There is a bug in the code for pull down values in core Elgg 1.7.1 (not in my plugins). It should be fixed in the next core Elgg release.
In a nutshell: you can change the value but when you edit something it will *appear* to be set to the original value when displayed on the form.
But it is in fact changed.
I have the same problem.
I can't access to the Search Page of my form with another user different from the form's creator!
Some solution?
