i own a small webagency here in Italy. I'm developing a Social Network for musicians and artists based on Elgg. I need to develope a plugin that allow that.

The plugin will show videos, midi files with musical partiture and time, and also show a small guide. The plugin will give the possibility a user to create their own tutorials or see the tutorials made by another user.

The devoloper will have to make the plugin to work with CSS3+HTML5+Javascript without using flash or java.
