4 students at Chelsea School in Maryland have put together an Elgg virtual appliance. It's based on Hardy and has Elgg 1.7.1 preconfigured. It is available for direct download for VMware and VirtualBoxat http://9while9.com. Contributing to the open source community is still new for us, so any feedback, comments, suggestions are welcome.
