Can not access admin control panel after upgrade 1.7 to 1.7.1

After upgrade from 1.7 to 1.7.1
I can't access admin control panel. there is only just "settings" page.
how can i access to the admin section.
other function works good.

oh.. i forgot it. my mistake
after run the upgrade.php file, everything works fine.
