That is a common issue with third party plugins that are not upgraded for Elgg 1.7 , the form is missing token code which has been greatly disscused on community (just do a search for "Form is missing __token "). it s hould be as simple as adding token code to the form code in the plugin.

Which Group Moderation plugin this is , I see several on the plugins page. You might want to contact developer of the plugin to see if there is a upgraded version or hire someone (many here can do this including myself) if you don't think you could do it yourself.

I can never find anythinig I need with the Elgg search ... Am I missing something? How can I search just a single group, etc ...

The elgg search is just a full text search with little of the relevance bells and whistles Google uses.

If you need to find something about Elgg, best to use Google.
