I noticed in the river dashboard some time stamp problem.

AVATAR-A : uploaded "18 hours ago"

AVATAR-B : uploaded "just now"

I uploaded AVATAR-B and got my profile icon update activity recorded in the river-dashboard.

When I browsed some previous activities in my river dashboard regarding profile icon update, I saw my previous upload which was 18 hours ago and instead of it displaying AVATAR-A, it was displaying AVATAR-B which was uploaded "just now".

This error defeats the purpose of the river dashboard which helps you track what you did now and what you did then.
