You must log in to post replies.first of all, custom index will have to be at the bottom of your plugin list.
then put this code at the top -
body: background-color:#FFF;
is this what you mean?
Dear Mark,
Thanks for your kind reply. I have solved this problem by Unchecking the checkbox in
"The simple cache increases performance by caching static content including some CSS and JavaScript files. Normally you will want this on.
in Site Administration screen.
Then i changed the CSS files, the background have changed.
why didnt you just run yoursite.com/upgrade.php ?
Hi have tried your suggession. But on doing so, my Administrator Password got reset. What to do?
single click on your elgg folder... hold 'Shift' key and press 'Del' button on your keyboard. Once you get a popup box asking for confirmation,click 'Yes'. Hope this solves your problem.
Cheers
@myls, *I am not pretty sure*, can you check the database, there is table to create user, I think there should be way to insert some user as admin? Well, just an idea, before you hear to Lewis.
@Lewis, lol, one of the coolest reply, it sounds heartless though; I have taken a screenshot of this page for future use :)
Hi,
if you make changes on the php sites or css be sure you always disable the cache. When i started working with elgg i spend several hours on the same problem.
Greetings,
