It would be nice if in the tool administration, the elgg admin could post comments under each plugin (link to download page, if the plugin needs to be first or last or after or before something, compatible with only certain versions, link to a bug you wrote, temporarily enabled or disabled for a certain reason, under what circumstances to enable/disable and probably a slew more that will be different for each elgg installation  etc.)

Perhaps this is not the best place as I am new to elgg, but it does seem to be the place where I spend most of my time while trying to configure the site... I am open to having comments in other parts of the admin area for other things to, but I haven't thoguht of them yet
