Actually, it seems like the install went fine. The first half anyway. I put the address of my elgg installation in the browser and pointed it there. That worked fine.
I put my username, database password, database name in and hit save. That worked fine.
Then, I filled out that information. I put the name of the community and my email. I put in the correct paths and filled out the rest. When I hit save, I got an http - 500 Internal Server Error
"The Page Your Are Attempting to Load Returned an Error"
It's taking me here: action/systemsettings/install
So, I started troubleshooting. One thing I noted is that when you download the elgg zip file and open it up, it comes with an "actions" folder that has a systemsettings folder in it with the file install.php inside. Is that where it's directing me? Is that the issue? Or is this a mute point and my problem is something entirely different?
