Odd that there is no widget to show blogs. Or am I just overlooking it?
specific user blogs on home page? i'm sure that for a seasoned elgg coder that that cannot be an issue.. but maybe it will take them 4 -8 hours to do it... still it is odd..

Look at custom_index/index.php around line 19...That's where the blogs are populated. All you need to do is add an option for owner_guid to the elgg_list_entities() call.
