Cropping tool

Im having issues with the cropping tool to fix a icon pic. Id like to look at the code but cant find the folder. Does anyone know what folder has the php code for the cropping tool?

From what I read elsewhere on this site, though, there's a known issue with 1.6.1 that is fixed in the svn for 1.7.
