I am still puzzled. There is not a link to the group, the file, or the URL. It seems no use.

I'm not 100% sure but it sounds like something that would be used on riverdashboard-activity.

• If you write on your elgg site e.g. a wirepost = you see written via site
• If you have some plugins like facebook_connect, sms_client or twitter installed, you see posted via facebook, via sms and so on...
