Did everyone see the communityadmin's site-wide announcement?:

"In order to clean up and focus this community site, we will be deleting all groups that have not had any activity for 3 months."

I have written to them, telling them that I do not think this is wise at all.  There will be very valuable information lost this way.

There are plugins, for instance, that were and still are very important and groups were based off of these plugins, yet have not been active for 3 months (or the activity is so pathetic in the last 3 months that it could be construed as inactive).  One of these is the SiteAccess plugin group by ShellCode.  (Where did ShellCode go?!?!?!?!?!)

Please chime in here about this.  I don't think it is good and I think there will be a lot of people very unhappy about it!
