Dear fellow elgg developers,

I installed elgg and it went fine except it cannot upload file or sending email (this is for conforming email address for new registered user). I'm new also on Apache so I don't know how to configure it so that it can accept file upload and email protocol from elgg..

Could anyone here kindly enough to help me?
