How do I make a... (PLEASE HELP!)

Hey,
I want to make a page where I can put an iframe in. I need the iframe because I am going to upload flash games to my site and add codes on the page, which will be inside the iframe, for users to copy and put onto their profile, using the My HTML widget.
Can anyone help me, or tell me how, to make a page and place an iframe inside?
