Click to Dismiss in system messages

When was that introduced? I trust it's in SVN, but that is a very very nice addition.
What file, or file do I need to update to get that working on my 1.0 install?

You must log in to post replies."Dismiss" feature is really nice, but don't forget to include its text to language file... in current SVN it's hardcoded (messages/errors/list.php and messages/messages/list.php).
The message still disappears for me without clicking dismiss.
I am concerned about error messages which are quite long. I think those should stay until the user clicks dismiss.

How can i increase the time the system message stays on as it dissapears to fast
