like the title, elgg1.6.1 if u posted a chinese blog and made a tag in chinese , the tag does not work and u can not search the blog via the chinese title. and more issues if u feel free, please test it. u will find more issues with elgg 1.6.1.

And the chinese characters are incorrect in database, all the words are garbled.

And if tag includes a special character, for example: / , the TAG does not work either, and IE and FF will run into " not find" the URL error . i think the issue need elgg has a filter feature to solve it.
