Hey!
I'm currently migrating our Elgg 3-site to Elgg6 and I've noticed, that the Embed plugin was discontinued. What is the current alternative to it if you'd like to embed file and image uploads to, say, a discussion topipc or comments?
Thanks!
Dennis

You must log in to post replies.Ah, just saw, that the editor of the poll plugin at least supports uploading images. So is this a CKEditor-toolbar thing?
I get it. The update of ckeditor to 5 led to dropping the embed plugin because uploading images is directly there. PDFs are not supported, but okay.
One question still, though: Is it possible to install additional CKEditor features, like the TOC feature for example?
Yes, you can enable different features of CKeditor on the settings page.
Some features (like TOC) may not be available because they're paid plugins. Elgg comes with the full CKEditor 5 editor with all the free plugins.
Ah, great. Thanks.
