Yesterady I installed Elgg v1.6.1, with success.
I noticed, anyway, that under folder "mod", no folder "template" was created. I also found that, once logged as administrator, under "settings" menu no option about "template" was created.
I downloaded a couple of templates just to make some tests. I created, under "mod", folders template/templates and put in the downloaded template's folders.
Back in admin, I found under tools a new tool (template), but when I activated it, I got "misconfigured plugin" error...
So, could you give me some help about template management, please?
Must folders "mod/template/templates" be created after installation? Where is stored default template?
Thanks for your kind attention.
Stefano

You must log in to post replies.Hi Stefano,
You seem to be referring to the old Elgg 0.x template system.
Elgg 1.x is a completely different application.
You cannot use Elgg 0.x templates with Elgg 1.x.
Hi Kevin, thanks for your quick reply. So, how may manage templates through admin in v. 1.6.1? Where should I put the downloaded template to use them?
