Plugin The Wire Elgg Ver 5.1 Error Replaying
I have this problem with the plugin The Wire with an Error Replaying.
While a user is posting a the wire reply, the user gets this error:
" Sorry. We could not save this wire post. "
Only, If the user posts a wire and decides to post a reply to themselves, then it works.
Do you know what could be the fix?

You must log in to post replies.Are you on the latest Elgg 5.1 release already? As I wrote in the PM that might fix the issue. If not, it would help to tell that it did not fix the problem.
V5.1.9 Elgg. Ill wait to upgrade to V6. Maybe it fix it

Or give us steps to reproduce so we can try to fix it. Please make sure to mention any plugin that are active that could influence the outcome of the action.
If you have the Developers plugin enabled you can go to Admin -> Develop -> Inspect -> Actions Search for 'thewire/add' and if that is not '/mod/thewire/actions/add' then a plugin is taking over the action. Try disabling the plugin and try again. If there is no issue, then it's not a core issue and you should contact the plugin developer.
You are NOT using the latest version of Elgg 5.1 if you are on Elgg 5.1.9.
The bug you have has mostly likely been fixed in Elgg 5.1.10:
Now there's already Elgg 5.1.11 available. Please upgrade, test and only report a bug if you still have the problem also with Elgg 5.1.11.
