When you register as a new user, an email is sent to you to confirm. OK here.
When you open the email and click the link, you get two messages! One is ok; it says that Your account needs to be validated by the site admin before you can use it. BUT, another popup, at the center of the screen, titled "Bad Request" and has the word "error" on it, indicates the same,,,, (hat Your account needs to be validated by the site admin before you can use it.).
That is horrible experience. The bad request should not display!!!
How can I resolve this?
Thanks,
David S.

5.0.4. Thank you!
if you have a moment, please sign in as a new user, and go to your email to confirm. You will experience what I am describing. Thanks a million!!
I registered on your site but I don't receive a confirmation email, even in spam.
Wow,,, I wonder why. I see you on my admin panel. support@wzm.me
Here is the screen I get each time I confirm as a new user. The upper right box is all we need.
The center block with "bad request" and "error" are bad bad bad :-) Thanks again.

This is not a bug, but a feature :).
You have activated 'User email validation' plugin and enabled 'New users require manual validation by an administrator' option at the same time.
I think you should choose one of these.
Leave the plugin enabled and disable the mentioned option.
After these changes, you'll not see this warning.
Thank you so much. I'll play with it an report back.
