Hello Everyone!

I'm running Elgg 4.1.x.  I want to be able to post video and still photos to, "The Wire" from my phone.  I'm still new at Elgg, if this functionality exists then would someone please explain to me how to use this functionality, I would be very appreciative.  If there is a plug-in would someone please direct me to that plug-in.
