changing tab titles in external pages plugin

The tab titles in the external pages plugin ver. 3.0 are preset. one of the titles names a site called netcare. I have searched thru every file in the plugin and cannot locate the file showing the silly tab titles. Does anyone know how I can change them to the proper titles? eg; privacy, terms, about.

P.S. I'm using elgg ver. 3.3.2. it works just fine and so does the plugin,. I just want to change the tab titles so no I will not upgrade to elgg 4

Thank you but translation isn't the issue.
Tab Titles....the tabs at the top of the browser with the title of the page. instead of "Terms of use" it reads <title>NetCare algemene voorwaarden</title>... instead of "Privacy" it reads <title>Privacy beleid</title> .....Instead of "About" it reads <title>Over Elgg</title>.
I know how to change them if I could find them. So if anyone knows where I can find them I would appreciate them letting me know. Thank You
Seems, you installed some plugin that redefines the titles.
Use Translation editor plugin, e.g.:
- find 'NetCare algemene voorwaarden' and rename string for your language
