Roles for Elgg 4

Formerly, I used roles + roles_ui plugins to manage my elgg3 site's roles.
Now, I want to create new elgg 4 site. any idea, how to start managing roles there ??
AFAIK, both roles and roles_ui plugins didn't work for elgg4.
