unformatted html after install

hey folks i've jus installed my elgg site at www.conetfun.com.
after the installation i just get everything as unformatted html. the functions are working fine. i've tried everything from nabling and disabling themes and plugins. i've checked that sfe_mode is off on my server. but nothing has worked . pls help...

You must log in to post replies.Please check that your data directory is correctly configured and that your apache process has write access to it. Also, check that your site path and URL are correct. This is a common symptom of incorrect paths.
I assume you are using 1.6.1 ? I found out that CSS was not properly loaded when simplecache is disabled... could this be your issue ?
