Error - "No new page data found" when "Default pagination behaviour of lists" set to "Append new list data before or after the list (automatically if scrolled into view)"

Hi everyone,
I am working on a small plugin.
But I am facing some errors when I switch "Default pagination behaviour of lists" setting from "Navigate to the next page" to "Append new list data before or after the list (automatically if scrolled into view)".
When "Default pagination behaviour of lists" is set to "Navigate to the next page" everything works perfectly.
We I click on pagination number everything works.
But when I switch from "Navigate to the next page" to "Append new list data before or after the list (automatically if scrolled into view)". I got the following error : "No new page data found"
Could someone help me ?
