InvalidParameterException - Deleted user from admin - now getting error in "User Administration"

To repro:
1. I created a regular user
2. as admin i deleted the user
3. I went to register page and entered the same name for the user to register again
4. Now I can't get to the user administration page i get error:
InvalidParameterException
All files must have an owner!
Has anyone else seen this? Any advice on how to get User Admin page to work again?

Having the same probs and have activated both crontrigger and garbagecollector - but still no joy - looking at the entities table at the moment - but like looking for a needle in a haystack
I think you need to know what the correct "guid" is.
They recommend not deleting anything from the database.
I'm not sure if my deletion of the row in the "entities" table will break anything later.. so far so good...
agh - oh ok - lost the guid after the garbage collector and cron widgets were enabled !
