I need a theme similar to Facebook or help me to develop one.

Hello everyone. I see in the plugin list a few Themes similar to facebook but none of theme are working on elgg 4.0.
I want something like Vision Theme link here: https://elgg.org/plugins/3080954
Or can someone edit or help me how to edit to work on 4.0.
