Elgg Installation, hosting and tech support needed for org. in Oxford

Hi
I work for an organisation working with teachers in the UK, based in Oxford. They need a social networking site for 800 plus members for discussion, resource listings, and arranging meetings.
The site would need hosting, tech support, some custom features and a skin.
If you are an individual or design team that can provide this please contact me to talk about this further, different functions needed and costs.
