Hi!
After installing elgg with german language, i copied some plugin themes into the mod folder.
All files/subfolders of mod are with 750 permits.

In the new them folders exists the manifest.xml files.

But there is no way tho get the plugins/themes on the admin-configure-plugin-list to select it!

Can somebody help me please?
