We are looking for a Qualified / Licensed Elgg developer to work on our theme.  Changes have been made, but these are small and any developer will be able to work from these with minimal difficulty.

Can anyone point me in the correct direction?  Can ELGG provide this service?

This will be paid and you will be working on behalf of a government organisation.
