Hello,

We have Elgg 2.3.14 installed and some questions. In our site users have uploaded lots of files to theirs personal pages, but in fact those files should have been uploaded to the communities instead.

1. Is it possible to disable the ability of users to upload files to their own pages?

2. Is it possible to transfer those user's uploaded files to the appropriate communities?
