Also, just out of curiosity, does it make any difference if you move all three plugins to the bottom of your plugin list?

my problem is solved. I moved it to different server and i got it working.

Same as usual for Elgg. In the metadata and metastrings tables and in the data directory for files.

I think the data is not being stored. It shows me this message after submitting the form  "Here is the information that would have been saved as a result of this form submission." and then displays the posted data .
