v2.3 color box for dark theme CSS location?

This is giving me big problems attempting ugrading my v1.12 server for v2.3.
/vendor/bower-asset/jquery-colorbox seems being the location, yet completely unsure right now.
This location is providing no effect for changing my ColorBox for matching DarkTheme.

ugh so annoying...
yes flushed the caches... repeatedly... still searching for the correct colorbox CSS/files...
YAY!!! Found IT: /vendor/elgg/elgg/views/default/lightbox
btw rename the /dir with graphics in it for "images" matching CSS entry...
