right click on icon hover over menu

When right clicking on user Icon for sending message it sends it for wrongs user.
Where is this menu css located? elgg-icon-hover-menu
Also is there some way for disabling this feature if need be without disabling all right clicks?

No luck finding it any any obvious mods. Moved messages to top of plugins list with hypeinbox under it now.
Ultimately may need coming up with some way for disabling icon hover over menu if the culprit is HypeInbox.
