Did anyone else have the problem of having too many menus when they access their elgg website through phone, even though some of those menu items are removed from the menu items in the settings. If anyone knows what the problem could be or how to resolve it then it would be highly appreciated.
Thanks,
Hassan

You must log in to post replies.Which menus? Can you re-produce this issue?
Have you any 3rd party activated plugins?
I have the menu builder plugin but I don't think it's a third-party plugin. I can attach a screenshot of the problem if you want?
If you want to get help... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Okay it seems impossible to attach or paste a picture in this text box
Which Elgg version are you using? Do you use a responsive site theme (if you have no theme plugin installed the usage of the bundled Aalborg theme would make your site also responsive)? I suspect that you use a non-responsive theme that doesn't adjust the pages according to screen resolution and does not collapse the site menu. Am I right? If this is the case, you need to use a responsive theme (and I would also recommend an Elgg version that is still supported, i.e. either Elgg 2.3 or 3.3).
